Oral presentations

The presentations will be either a video or Powerpoint presentation with a recorded voice-over. The length of the presentation will be provided in January 2021.

Authors of oral presentations are required to prepare slides in English in order to facilitate the understanding of non-Italian participants.

Poster presentations

Please draft posters in English in order to facilitate the understanding of non-Italian participants.

The nominal space for each poster is 70 × 100 cm (width x height).

The choice of presentation (oral or poster) must be specified in the submission form. Those who choose oral presentation must also indicate the topic of reference. Due to the limited number of oral communications, authors, at the discretion of the Scientific Committee, may be invited to change the status of their presentation from oral to poster.

At least one author for each contribution must be present at the virtual event.

Abstract drafting

The Symposiums’ official language is Italian; however, to give international visibility to the scientific contents, which will be published online, abstracts must be written in two languages, Italian and English, and sent by 15 December 2020.

The maximum length of the abstract is fixed for each of the two languages at 300 words. Abstracts must occupy at most one A4 page for each of the two languages (total = max 2 pages), including bibliographical references, as shown in the template.

To facilitate management of the scientific contributions, please name your file as follows:
